We bought one of these for our cats when we moved and they love it. Of course they played in the shipping box for 2 days too. One of our cats weighed 26lbs, so we looked for one that would accommodate him and his 2 sibs. Armarkat was one of the few reasonably priced cat trees we found.

Sammy and Tacoma love their kitty tree - they play in it all the time. It is fairly sturdy and the perches and condos in it are big enough for the kitties to comfortably lounge on. There is both a carpet like material and jute for the cats to scratch on. My boys love to leap from level to level.

It is fairly big and we put it in front of a tall window so they could watch outside. A neighbor's cat came right up to the window to watch them playing and wanted to join in. You have to watch where you put it though because the kitties can jump to other furniture that they can't normally get to from the top of the kitty tree. The initial location we put the kitty tree in was in the path of our motion detector and we had to move it because the kitties set off the burglar alarm when playing on the tree.

Cons: the toys to attach to tree were not very nice

My cats love them but I had to attach it to the wall to make it sturdier. The cats won't jump on something they dont' find sturdy enough. They like hiding in the boxes and sleeping on the top part. A good cat accessory.
