This unique flea comb serves several purposes: first, the product is designed to help eliminate fleas and flea eggs. But fortunately, it can also be used as a basic hair-comb to help rid your cat’s fur or hair of knots and to help it stay untangled and clean.

For our trial run, we put the comb to both tests on two different cats who brought their own sets of issues to the grooming table. The first cat lives mostly outdoors and picked up some pesky fleas somewhere along the way several months back. It’s been a stop-and-go process trying to rid the cat of the fleas for good, but this comb, so far, has brought her the most success.

The product is finely combed and strong enough to dig through the fur – without hurting the cat – and root out the fleas and their eggs. It’s not a pretty, or easy job, but the sturdy handle on the comb reportedly makes the job a little bit easier.

The comb also withstood some basic testing on another cat, who only suffers from a bad case of tangled hair. Owners will be glad to note that it doesn’t take too much time to work through the hair properly and to bring your cat looking like it just stepped out from a beauty parlor.

The cat may not sit back and purr through the entire experience, but he or she will likely be thankful that the comb isn’t flimsy and won’t require them to sit still for an excessively long period of time to withstand the grooming session.
