I am a big fan of capstar and high recommend it. I agree with another person here, it still needs to be used with another flea product such as advantage or frontline to get control of the fleas from the eggs yet to hatch.

I honestly haven't had a lot of exposure to this product. In the past i've used front line.
Awhile back we found an outside kitten that was really sick and we took him the vet. The vet was leary to give him the capstar because of his size/age. He actually had a reaction to it (got spaced out and appeared to have trouble breathing) but again he was very, very sick and was givin other stuff that night as well. I did end up taking him back to the vet that same night. He was stabalized and it did kill all the fleas. We've giving other kittens around the same age (don't quote me on this but he might have been 8-12 weeks..??) his and it worked with no problems. I'm sure there's a label stating weight and age. Like anything else just make sure you READ and FOLLOW.

We use this at the shelter for dogs and cats that are infested with fleas. It works fast and its easy.

This is the fastest working product that I have ever seen. We used this with frontline and have not had fleas on the dog since. Awesome, awesome product
