I think this much better than the traditional plastic e-collars, if your pet has a wound or is recovering after a surgery. It is lightweight and more comfortable than a plastic collar. It can be folded back to allow your pet to eat and drink. It has loops that are used to attach it to the pet's collar. It closes with velcro and it is adjustable. It is easy to wipe clean and easy to store.
