Petkin Kitty Eye Wipes are the best on the market but Pet Smart no longer carries them and none of the other major retail stores in the Orlando area do either. Can't find any online retailer that has them in stock. Repeated phone calls to Petkin's corporate office and customer no-service toll free number are not responded to. Are they out of business? I hope not as the Petco brand we've been forced to resort to using is an inferior substitute for the Petkin brand.

Cons: Non-Responsive Customer Service
