I would stick with Oti-clens and then use a prescription drop for whatever ails your pup. Works fine like Oti-clens.

this was recommended by our vet for our dog's yeast infection in his ear. It really does clean the ear canal out pretty good. now, if i can find a way to make my dog sit still:)

we just soak a cotton ball and place it in the ear gently and wipe the ear. his ear seems to be getting better. he is also on medicine for the ear.

Recommended by my vet. My cats don't like it too much when I have to clean their ears (I imagine not many do). It does the job and I don't need to use it often, it keeps them clean for awhile.
