Good for kidney health

One of my cats was diagnosed with kidney problems about 4 years ago and has been eating this ever since. So far the problem has not gotten worse.
Pros: good for kidneys
Cons: expensive

Great for CRF maintenance

We've used this and Eukanuba Multi-stage Renal with all three of our CRF cats, and these special diets really do help control CRF.
Pros: Helps with chronic renal failure
