Baldwin, my twelve year old cat was already in pretty darn good health before I started him on this, but once I put him on it he started acting like a kitten that had just found out how to walk, he can run flat out like his tail is on fire he has more energy, he is healthy, and he lost his old mans belly, and now has the body of a one year old cat.
Pros: High in protein, high in nutrition, no grain
Cons: none at all

All my cats like this. I bought it to reduce the carbs of an overweight cat.
Pros: much less carbohydrates
