Ideal Cat Flap not ideal

When the lock is in the unlock position, it rotates to the locked position when the cat flies through the door at top speed. When locked in the other room, the cat rattles the door until it unlocks. Now I have to find a replacement door that is the same size, as I have cut a hole in my door. The "lifetime guarantee" has gotten me no response from the manufacturer.
Pros: Clear flap, good concept with the lock
Cons: Lock doesn't work well.
