C.E.T. Cat Chews with exclusive plaque-fighting dual-enxyme systemHome dental care is as important for your pet as it is for you. Periodontal disease affects 85% of adult dogs and cats and can lead to pain, bad breath and tooth loss. Even worse, chronic oral infection can spread harmful bacteria to other parts of the body, including the lungs, heart, liver and kidneys. Fortunately, most periodontal disease is preventable through a program of oral hygiene and regular professional care. Routine home dental care should be part of every pet's preventative medicine program.Good to chew: As simple as giving a daily treat, great tasting C.E.T. Cat Chews feature the exclusive Dual-Enzyme system to remove plaque and prevent the buildup of harmful bacteria. The plaque-fighting enzyme combined with the natural abrasive cleaning action of C.E.T. Chews help to keep breath fresh and teeth clean. Use C.E.T. Chews daily as a first step toward oral hygiene or on those days when brushing isn't possible.Ingredients: Freeze-dried fish, pourtry digets, dextrose, antioxidants (containing tocopherols, ascorbic acid, natural flavor and citric acid), glucose oxidase, dried when protein concentrate.

Okay product

posted 5 years ago

Okay product. Some of my cats will eat them and some don't want anything to do with them. None of them beg for these treats. They are very fishy smelling and fall apart pretty easily which is kind of messy.

Pros: Neat packages

Cons: Fall apart easily, very fishy smelling.

Great treats for cats

posted 6 years ago

I give these to my cats as a treat - most like them, but some don't. We also offer them at the clinic where I work and we have found that cats don't enjoy them as much as the dogs do. When used on a regular basis, they are effective at slowing down the formation of tartar on teeth. it's much easier to feed your cat a treat like this than to try to brush their teeth.

Pros: Helps prevent tartar formation on teeth

Cons: Not all cats like them

Iams ProActive Health Multi-Cat Chicken & Salmon Cat Food

I have 3 cats and they love this food. They eat less and walk away with a full belly. Eating less means pooping less and less litter. All around a great choice for my cats.
