food comes in a pull top can, it is like a gravy consistency=nice and wet, easier for your kitty to eat. It even smells like human food. A very good product and if you buy the 7.5 ounce can, it is cheaper that way-still reasonably priced compared to other products that the vets push but are full of garbage, i recommend never give your animals science diet, look at the ingrediants, its not even real food-by-product-which is claws, feathers etc..nothing of nutritional value. feed HALO instead!

I love Halo products. This is wonderful like the rest, but had to quit feeding it as it is a little high in protein for one of my cats in this stage of his life.
