We use the Band ID for cats at our shelter. I mean after all, one black cat can look like another black cat and same with tigers and orange tabbies. So not to try and remember who had the little bit of white on the chest or tail, we use these band. We will write their name and/or ID number on them.

This band helps us keep track of who is who. I do recommend these bands for shelter and vet use.

The shelter that I volunteer with uses these paper bands to keep track of which cat is which. It is nice so then you can know who needs what medically done as their name and or ID number is written on the band.

This is a must have for shelters to keep track of the furkids.

We use bands at the SPCA. They work great. You need to make sure the bands are properly secured so the cats don't get their paws caught in it.

When we have spay days, we use these for identification purposes for all the cats. This keeps them from getting mixed up when we provide services for 40 or more cats. The bands are adjustable, and have a sticky surface to keep the bands in place. Sometimes, you can get multiple colored bands.
