these breakaway collars are great, if your cat happens to get hooked on anything they can't get stuck. the only problem i every had was my one cat always took off his collar if we went on vacation and i once put a hot pink collar on him never to be found in the house again. now i stick to blue, guess he didn;t like pink

This is a really nice collar. I really only keep a collar on my cat when we go places. He's microchipped also. I like the break away feature because I don't have to worry about him getting caught on anything.

My cat did get caught up in something, but the collar didn't come away as it was supposed to. One of the little plastic pieces actually snapped in two, as opposed to the break away part separating.

Overall this is a really awesome collar, it comes in red also but the blue one is just so cool looking! It is perfect in every way.
