I love this product! I have 3 Litter Champs in our house....2 for kitty litter (one upstairs & one downstairs) and 1 for rabbit litter. The Litter Champ comes with a scooper that attaches to the side of the can with a magnet. It is very easy to use....just step on the foot pedal and the lid opens...drop in litter waste, and close. It is very easy to remove the litterbox waste contained in the bag by cutting the liner with the blade on the inside of the door. The bag portion with the waste gets thrown out and the other portion of the liner gets knotted and is then fresh and ready for new scooping. I empty my Litter Champs twice per week on trash days (I also have 3 cats, so lots of litter waste). With that schedule, the odors from inside the can are controlled well. I have never seen this product in a store. I purchased them online and I have to order my refill liners online too. The Litter Champ has greatly simplified my litterbox maintenance!
