Cat Paper is a white nubbly-textured absorbent paper with a thin yet sturdy waterproof backing. It comes in sheets and on rolls 20 inches wide. I buy the gigunderous roll and cut off what I need. I use it under cat boxes for cats who like to "go" on the sides of the lid and cause leaks...and have used blue masking tape to hang cat paper over my doors when two of may cats retaliated by spraying when the neighbor's cat sprayed our front and back doors. When hung on a vertical surface, cat paper will instantly absorb cat spray and prevent it from trickling down onto the floor. I have another cat living in a kitty condo. He splashes water all over, and cat paper around the condo protects the wood floor. I've even used it when we had a leak around our chimney! Cat paper looks a little like the Chux used in hospitals, and I suppose you could find it at a vet supply, but I've looked without success - and just buy it at catpaper.com.

I used a lot of these when our boy was still with us. There were a lot of those little accidents and the cat paper made things so much easier. We even learned that the paper worked on favorite furniture spots. I understand that you can even tape the sheets to a favorite wall when spraying is an issue.

This absorbent paper does the job. I keep it around the litter box for misses. The urine never goes through to the floor, so easy clean up.

this is a very nice product but i don't know if i would use this 24 seven because it can sometimes make messes but go for it cause it is really nice
