we have tried a couple of foods and flavors. definitely the wellness sardine, shrimp & crab formula is a winner with our cat. he turns up his nose at salmon, but will scarf down the sardine. i like the ingredients in the wellness foods: sardines, chicken, rice, shrimp, crab, sweet potatoes, carrots, cranberries, blueberries, squash, flaxseed, zucchini, taurine, reon, beta carotene, zinc, vitamin e, thiamine, copper, manganese, niacin, calcium, vitamin d3, b12, potassium and biotins. his coat is healthy and he is a good size (not fat).

We just started our 2 cats on Wellness canned cat food. Our cats love it and really love this flavor. They wait in the morning to get it - plus it contains no grains!

My cat loves the taste of seafood catfood, unfortunately we found out she was allergic so this food attracks her through her nose but does not sit well in her stomach.
