Long story short, my cat Didi has chronic ear infections. I was cleaning her ears everyday and couldn't get rid of it. It had gotten so bad that she developed Feline Vestibular Syndrome. After a month of steroids and antibiotics, I was determined to find out what she was allergic too (because ear infections are most likely food allergy related). She had been on raw chicken and turkey, so I suspected bird protein was upsetting her (even though that is her favorite food). The only way I was able to take away the common meat proteins was with Abady's Natural Electives Exotics. I tried EVERY SINGLE flavor they had (except the birds) and she wouldn't eat anything!!! UNTIL I got the Beef Chunks. Wow. She eats that like there is no tomorrow. Her head doesn't come up for one second. She likes it so much that I can hide her herbal medicine (for her ears) in it and she doesn't notice a bit. My other cat Annie loves and so does my roommate's cat.

I wish it came in a larger size. They do make a Beef Muscle Meat in a larger size, but it is ground! My Didi likes the chunks. Cats are very picky!

Anyway, I would suggest this to anyone who has an animal with allergies. IT IS FOOD RELATED! Don't let the vet tell you otherwise. I wasted a lot of months by listening to my vet who kept saying it could be a tumor, etc. Well her ear infection went away (because of the change of food and 2 amazing supplements I give her). This food is for cats and dogs. Also, MAJOR point, this contains nothing but meat. So you need to buy yourself water soluble vitamins. It is very cheap, and I slowly worked my way up to the recommended dose. Slow is best.

i have to go to nyc to find this food so it can get to be annoying. but lou loves it, esp the gravy it comes in. sometimes the meat can be too fatty, but i take that away and throw it in the garbage. i dont want her to choke on fat. it smells clean and there are no additives. for canned food, it is great.
