Why Do I Need ASPIC

Wow how dreadful is this stuff!! Flavors are unrecognizable as they are and then they are immersed in this ASPIC stuff. Awful! I will never get over the sight of that can of FOOD & I use that word loosely.
Pros: Flavor ok if you can bypass this ASPIC stuff!!!
Cons: ASPIC!!
