Halo Spot’s Stew Canned Cat Food gives felines a healthy meat-and-veggies meal.
August 4, 2011 4:57 pm | By Zootoo Editor Flinn D.
Like the other products in Halo’s line of pet food, the Spot’s Stew Canned Cat Food offers A-plus quality ingredients with no artificial preservatives, flavors, or colors. So if your cat’s ready for all-natural flavor, this wet food might be for you.
The ingredient list of the Spot’s Stew Canned Cat Food is refreshingly familiar and easy to pronounce. The Succulent Salmon recipe, for instance, starts off with – what else? – salmon, and includes more vegetables than a human’s market salad: carrots, green peas, yellow squash, zucchini, sweet potatoes, and even pumpkin. And extra meat is thrown in for protein and flavor, including turkey and chicken liver.
Other varieties of the Spot’s Stew Canned Food begin the same way – with an unqualified helping of whatever the recipe advertises. Trying the Wholesome Lamb Recipe? The first ingredient is lamb. Does your cat want to try the Turkey Recipe? Then the first ingredient is turkey. Flavoring like garlic powder also helps to entice cats, and the grain-free formula is also a plus.
So do felines feel the same way about Halo Spot’s Stew Canned Cat Food as their owners do? In a word, yes. Our tester cats are big fans of Halo’s taste and show their four-legged carnivore (and piscivore) instincts when devouring these meaty products.
Simply put, Halo Spot’s Stew Canned Cat Food is a wonderful, healthy option that combines an appealing taste with top-quality, natural ingredients appropriate for cats of all kinds.
Pros: Healthy and tasty; cats seem to appreciate the quality.
Cons: None.

Cats love it!!!

Seems to be very pure food with few additives. I think Ellen Degenores (sp) puts it out and she's a known pet acctivist. Best to feed your kitty small amounts or they may wolf it down to fast and toss it back up.
Pros: Cats enjoy it
Cons: None
