It was pretty much what it said it was, but my cat would have been happier if it had been more of a sill and less of a bed. She wanted to stretch out on a shelf and sun and this was too constricting and made her have to sit up or curl up. It all depends on the size and habits of each cat I suppose. It was indeed soft and warm, and is a decent alternative if you have a small or no window sill.

This is a great product and ones my cats love. The heated beds provide warmth, comfort and they enjoy bundling up in them- sometimes two at a time. Great product.
The only problem I have is cleaning the foam insert. Seems to lose its shape and the cover is difficult to put back on.
But still worth the price and certainly worth giving my cats this extra bit of comfort.

While I am always cautious of heated items this is a great bed and can be perfect when used safely. My cats love sitting/laying by the window and love the sun so this bed is perfect. (The walls provide for extra safety for my babies!)

My cats would love this, since they are avid bird watchers. I have a box with a cover now, but will be looking to purchase one of these.
