Foster kittens have enjoyed it.

posted 5 years ago

My foster kittens have loved this product until they were about 4 months old and then couldn't fit inside it when it was collapsed and used as a bed. I have had up to four 6 week old kittens curl up inside this when it was in the collapsed/bed position--they looked adorable!

When expanded, kittens did enjoy it as a pounce, play and hide toy. Some of the kittens would have prefered an extra escape route if it was open on both ends, but then you couldn't use it as a bed.

I have placed this in a large capacity, high efficiency washing machine with excellent results. One of my cats (probably the yet to be neutered foster boy) peed inside this when it was being used as a bed. After washing in the gentle cycle, I detected no ammonia odor and could not tell that it had had a potty accident.

I like how there are velco straps to compress it and keep it flat to be used as a bed. When used as a tunnel, it is easily collapsed during kitty play and pouncing on top of it. Great for kittens, but too small for adult cats, although it isn't designed for adult cats.

Pros: Small in size and comforting to kittens

Cons: Doesn't stay expanded in the tunnel position very well

Kittens love it!

we picked this up at drs foster and smith and the kittens love playing with it. They hide inside and jump out at each other. We paid $22 for it. Here is the link if you are interested;

Had one of these...the cats loved it!

posted 5 years ago

The cats loved climbing in and out of this toy and sometimes they would fight with each other. It lasted a long time but then it started to come apart and we had to throw it.

Pros: The cats had a good time playing

Cons: Sometimes this toy has to be cleaned up

If Armond likes it, we like it!

Our cats love this tunnel, but it's really not that easy to clean. It is rather small so consider getting a large tunnel for your cat(s).

Pros: Fun for the cats to hide in

Cons: Not easy to clean

Safe hiding place

This doesn't get used as often as I think it should.

One cat will use it from time to time but it's not a favorite.

Pros: Good choice

Cons: ?
