Avian Select Bird Cuttlebone With Metal Holder

I had zebra finches and they love this product. It was easy to hang in their cage and they would use it all the time. They are inexpensive and last for a long time. They provided a necessary source of calcium and helped keep them healthy.

The thing is, my enjoyers of cuttlebones are NOT birds... but they DO keep their beaks and claws under control, feed them (apparently) tasty and natural calcium, and if you ask Tortuga, my RES, they are FUN... he uses it as a surfboard at times!

Both my turtle and my tortoise eat cuttlebones and they are VERY important to their health and enjoyment. This is one of the more reasonably priced brands at most stores, and I just pry off the metal holder and toss them into the turtle habitat and they have at it at their own digression.
