Not For Birds

Not sure why this is in the bird section, because I have never seen a bird in a collar..... However, this is great for the diva dogs. My friend has one for her chihuahua, and it is just darling. My labs have too much fur to make it practical for them, it would not show up.
Pros: Great for diva dogs
Cons: not for birds
