My bird didn't use it

I bought this for my cockatiel before, and he wouldn't use it. I seen him checking it out once, but that's all I got out of it.
Pros: pretty colored
Cons: bird wouldn't use it

Won't take out

I won't take this out of my bird's cage for he plays with it all day and even sleeps near it! It's got to be his favorite toy.
Pros: great fun
