Good chew toy, not the best swing

My tiel doesn't like being on the swing, but he loves to attack it and chew on the beads. I think it doesn't feel sturdy enough to him to sit on. He will grab it with his foot and chew on it though, and he loves to yell at it. But he definitely does not swing on it. It might be better for a budgie to sit on.
Pros: He likes to chew on the beads
Cons: Not very sturdy
