Balsa Rainbow Bird Toy

I got this for my cockatiel, and he just doesn't seem to care for it at all. AT first he was scared of it for like several days, then he seemed to check it out. But then later he just ignored it. It seemed like a good choice as it is colorful and fun looking, but I guess my bird just isn't interested.
