Birds like it but it clumps up their seed.

Pros: tasty

Cons: makes a sticky mess

My bird likes it but it doesn't really say how healthy it is to feed all the time.

Pros: My bird loves it, it's great for new foods or a treat

Cons: it smells wierd, not sure how good it's for feeding on a regular basis.
