This is an out dated product that serves little use. Birds are likely to ingest too much of it if not offered sparingly leading to blockages. Vets don't recommend it anymore.
Pros: If offered minimally and with a species that doesn't hull its seeds, its good
Cons: Common for birds to over eat it if offered too often in large quantities
