I recently bought this for Groucho to see what he thought of it.I liked it because no only did it contain all the seeds that he likes,it also contained Egg food Pellets,Spirulina,and numerous Calcium,Vitamins and Minerals in the Vita-Bite Pellets,which usually are not found in seed mixes.
Dried fruit and Veggies top it all off,to boot.
It was fun to watch Groucho checking out and trying all the new added ingredients.So far,he's been really happy with this mix.Overall,It contains no preservatives,it stays fresh in the resealable bag,and the bird actually enjoys it.

First of all - always freeze your bird food to ensure there are no mites or larva in it.
Beyond that, this is a great food - my birds love it - I mix it with fresh nuts and dried fruit. Not to mention, marshmellows...

We use this food at the shelter when we get in parrots. With many other foods we have alot of food that's wasted because the birds pick through it and only eat certain parts. This food seems to be very tasty!!

I bought this parrot formula for my cockatoo and white-eyed conure, and both of them really seemed to enjoy. Hardly any of it was wasted, so coming from those two it must have been delicious.

first i must say to nannette that freezing doesn't work i froze for years but they can hybernate and come back when defrosted . but who cares about a few seed moths when they love it so much
