I have lots of bird houses, feeders, and hummingbird feeders. Although the hummers and summer birds have flown south for the winter, there are still lots of hungry birds around. They need some help to get through the cold spells, and they are so wonderful to watch. My cats, and dogs, love watching kitty tv with birds as their favorite subject! The birds love this seed, and come from all over to get it. The Doves and Red Winged Blackbirds will clean up the seeds that the other birds throw out of the feeders, so none goes to waste.

Sparrows, jays, doves, pigeons, and finches all come for this food. If you want to attract one specific species, this is not the food for you. However, if you want to feed them all, this is the product that you want.

I wish there was less filler / millet. The birds eat it but I also notice other furry things (like mice) are attracted to it as well. I guess most rodents aren't picky about what they eat, but it seems really messy with all the small seed.

the best thing about this is that what the birds toss out from the feeders to the ground the ground feeders will clean up including the wild turkeys

This is a very nice blend. It attracts a variety of wild birds and they seem to love it. I will definitely buy this blend again.
