My African Grey likes this food, though I really wish I could get him to eat the more nutritious pelletized food. He throws very little of this food out of his dish. My Grey is a very picky eater, so when I find something he likes, it's a major bonus. He really likes this food.

Cons: Sometimes I get those birdseed moths with it
