Inovative Idea for bird food

posted 5 years ago

My backyard birds have never liked suet before, it has been a big waste to buy it. Now, that they have a suet mix which has sunflower seeds, the two have become a wonderful new feed. Less waste, as the ground birds eat the dropped food, and the feeder birds eat the rest. good Idea!

Pros: This is the only suet my birds eat.

Cons: None

Easy food, hang in & enjoy

posted 5 years ago

These are so easy to hang up in the limbs where the squirrels can't get to them. The birds love them, though they are a little messy but other birds come along & eat what falls on the ground. They're really nice in the winter when food sources are scarce.

Pros: attracts a variety of birds

Cons: none
