Balanced Food for Parrots

Our African Grey has pellets in her dish all the time. She loves her sun flower seeds, but I know she needs the balance of a pellet for her main diet. To get her to eat the good stuff, I mix them together. Throw in some fruits and veggies, and our bird is a happy diner!
Pros: Healthy, balanced diet
Cons: Not always a favorite food
