this book is full of interesting recipes for meals for your birds. some are a little intense to make but most are simple and easy to find ingredients. I've enjoyed reading the recipes and have tried a few. Lots of muffins with veggies andfruits

This book really gets you to think about what your bird is eating. Most of the recipes are very easy, and about half of them wouldn't even be bad for humans! I think the best recipes are the breads/muffins b/c they are mostly fruity and easy to make. And they make lots of smaller things that can be frozen and used later, which is a must unless you have tons of birds!

You won't make all the recipes in this one. But I bet you make a few. Some are great to share with you and others can be modified for humans too. Also, most can be converted to the number of birds in your flock.
