Much healthier than seeds because the complete nutrition is in each bite. Seeds, the bird picks out his/her favorties and leaves the others. Therefore there's more waste and a lot less nutrition. All my birds loved it! I had a conure, a macaw, a a cockatoo. Mt mother's 3 birds love it, too.

I have used this product for conures and cockatiels, but my cockatoo prefers another brand for taste. I was pleased with the product, though, as far as quality. It is a little expensive, though, but it is not the most expensive brand. This product is in my top 3 favorite bird pellets.

I love Kaytee exact bird food. It's very healthy, having so many vitamins and minerals right in the food. It is much better than the cheap bird seed that most people buy. My birds transitioned over to it very easily, however a friend of mine had problems with her Quaker.

I would recommend this. It's very healthy and my conure enjoys eating it. She likes dunking them in her water dish and throwing them around as well as eating them!
