I've given this to my bird while he's molting or stressed, and it seems to perk him up and make him healthier. I also sometimes add it to his regular feed as a healthy treat.
Pros: Good for stressed out birdies
Cons: None, really.

as i have said many times before i mix several other mixes for my tiels and this is one of them. it is great for the moult or changes in their lives and they seem to like it and don't pick around it
