Very good for birds, but my parakeet won't touch it!

Through the years,my Parakeets have always enjoyed the Oat Groats.I fed it as an occasional snack,and they would clean the food dish right out.Seems to be a very healthy food,and enjoyed very much by the birds.Even my Finches would eat it.
No seeds are left at the bottom of that food dish.
The cost is really reasonable,and the food itself stays fresh in the container.

Our shelter gets oats for the budgies every once in a while. They love it and it gives them some variety in food choice. I always wonder if they get bored with eating the same thing all the time......

They like it so it must be tasty.....and one of the budgies picks it out first. He must be the one witht he discriminating palette.

It just seems to be the right thing for the right bird. My quaker ate it, my cockateel ate it, but the bungies and fences did not. the wild birds pick through it and some seem to enjoy it, they all look good so it must be healthy for them! It is a Kaytee product so I know name sake it is high quality.

At least one of our feeders stays full of "Oats Groats" and at least one of our feeders stays full of BIRDS !!

It keeps nature's music playing here in the BriarPatch... well, it sure helps, that's for sure !!
