Not only for birds

I have used this cage for a sugar glider and a hamster before.Good for seperate baby hamster from their mommies.
Pros: you can use for other animals
Cons: the bars rust if water gets on them alot

Good starter for one bird

I recommend this starter kit to anyone with one cockatiel. It comes with everything you need to start out, though you could always use some extra toys. A bigger cage is preferred for the long term or for multiple birds.
Pros: comes with lots of accessories
Cons: only big enough for one
