I have tried a few food varieties with my two parakeets and they just love this formula! It has a variety of seeds and egg crumbled up so they get their protein too. The only problem is that some of the crumbles are too big and they have to break it down to eat. They don't seem to mind this process at all so I don't mind much either.
Pros: Birds love it, healthy too
Cons: egg bits too large

My bird seems she loves this product. Haven't tried anything else, but so far it's working for me. A good thing is reasonable price.
