Over the counter flea treatments don't work

Nothing is as effective as flea treatments obtained from a veterinarian. Over the counter treatments are a waste of money - they simply don't work.

Dangerous for cats

Be very careful with over-the-counter flea and tick medications! These products can be very hazardous, especially for cats and can cause toxicity. Neurological signs are most common, so be on the lookout for foaming at the mouth, tremors, twitching, etc. And they simply don't work very well. A concerned Veterinarian

Cons: doesn't work, can cause neurologic illness in cats.
