Kaytee Exact hand feeding formula for baby birds is the exact formula for the exact nutrition I need for my baby African Grey parrot. I also used it for my Blue and Gold Macaw. It is not hard to use (if you are a handfeeder) and you can add the baby food veggies and fruit to it so it tastes good for the baby bird and begins them on liking veggies. To get my birds up to speed and to give the extra weight they need, I mix peanut butter and banana baby food in with mine. They love it and it is great for them. The product has a great reputation and everybody I know uses it with assurance. I highly endorse this product for baby birds and even sick birds you may come accross in the wild. I also raised a baby mockingbird on this product and it still visits daily. He is fatter and his coat more satiny that other outdoor birds I have seen at the window.
