This food comes in six favors. My parrotlet's favorite is Calypso Spice. I get the one that comes in 13 oz. bags, but they sell even larger ones so it is cost efficient if you have many or larger birds. For those that have one small parrot like myself, you just cook up a half to a whole a cup (then add the water) of the mix at a time and freeze it in ice cube trays. Then you pop the "cubes" from the trays into a freezer bag and use one at a time--just heat or microwave for each meal. Be sure to mix it once it's heated to release "hot spots" and avoid burning your feathered friend's crop.

You can add extra sweet potatoes to it or add some baby food in place of some of the water which is extra yummy according to KiWi!

My little guy gets all excited about it and eats it up with gusto. He also likes Nuts for Alfredo," but is not too fond of "Cream of Tweet."

Pros: An easy mix that saves time to cook at home!

Love it! My birds [the small flock anyhow] love this and I use is frequently in their seed/pellet mix and they love the different kinds of seeds/grains/veggies. I love that they seem to love it! They'll take this over plain 'ol millet any day. Used with a balanced diet this product gets a double thumbs up!

The birds that I have fed this too have really liked it and I feel it is a complete food and healthy.
