I currently use crazy corn brand cooked food. My sun loves it but some of the flavors take a long time to prepare what with soaking and all when there are beans present. this looks like a good product and i am going to try and find it. I'll be sure to write a review when i see how it works.

all you have to do is put in microwave for a few minutes and there is a plentiful amount of food for your little feathered friends it is also economical

This is great food!! Our African Grey's LOVE this stuff, as well as our macaws. We have noticed that since feeding this with the seed food, our feather picker grey is putting on more feathers and seems to be "calmer". The only down side is more cage and bowl cleaning, because it does have fresh veggies and fruits - and draws gnats and other pests to the cages if any is left by the bird.

Cons: Draws bugs

this is great food v- my bird loves all of the varieties and his yearly physical shows that he is thriving on this!

Pros: easy to prepare, easy to store cooked, bird loves it

Cons: has to be refrigerated!
