Come Along Carrier

I had a couple of these and my birds chewed up the entire inside so there is a worry of the plastic they are chewing and they don't last very long at all. there are better alternatives on the market for parrots.

Pros: light weight and portable

Cons: easily chewed up

This carrier started out great. But after a while, our bird started to chew the insides to the point where there was a hole in the bottom. The mesh windows don't let too much light in and birds can't see too much of what is going on around them. there also isn't a perch in it, so the birds aren't too stable when it is being moved from place to place. They also end up walking through their poop. There is no way to put any food dishes or water bowls in there either. Eventually, the carrier began to lose its shape and it became more and more difficult to zip it up. Today we let our bird go into it to build little nests out of newspaper. He stays in there for 30-40 minutes at a time. It is really cute, but it no longer serves its primary purpose. I wouldn't recommend this product.
