Bird droppings are a real challenge to get out of carpet! We have a steam cleaner and use this formula for loosening the droppings and deodorizing.

Most steam cleaners use very hot water which will intensify the fragrance of the shampoo. This may cause resperatory problems with some birds. Always remove your birds from the area until the carpet is completely dry.

The fragrance is very pleasing to us, but birds tiny lungs do not tolerate strong smells no matter how nice.

My big love has a habit of peeing in the house if we leave him. He can go outside for 30 minutes or so and we leave for 2 hours and he has peed somewhere! (He wants to go but he can't always go everywhere with us!).

This helps to rid the smell of the pee from the carpets, and leaves the house smelling great! I love it. I cannot stand the smell of dog pee in a house so this product is wonderful!

I love my steam cleaner though I would prefer hard wood floors to my carpeting for pets. Product works well and its shocking to see the amount of dirt in the water after I am done.
