Successful Dog Adoptions

I found this book valuable as a canine coach and as an assistant adoption councelor (all volunteer). Gives you things to try or point out to potential owners. Don't want adopters to get surprised when they get home and to be prepared or help them make a selection. Not sure if a new owner will have the patience to read all the steps for evaluation, but good to know the shelter does similar things and it is expressed in the dog's evaluation. Sue really knows how to objectively do the testing without your emotions entering the picture.
