Maddox Park

I like this dog park. The dog owners are very friendly, the dogs are friendly, the park is mostly grass (some patches of dirt), and the park is fully fenced. There are also benches and shade. There are a bunch of trash cans so you don't have to hang on to the bag for a long time. The drinking fountain that is located at one park entrance has 3 fountains, two for humans (or dogs that like tall fountains) and one located down low for dogs. You really get a sense that it is a neighborhood park because the water bowls, and the wooden bench that are at the park were donated by dog park users. Grocery bags are also brought in bulk for doggy doo-doo use when the park runs out of their pick up bags. Overall, I love how the park has a community neighborhood feel.

Cons: Not a really big area, some areas don't have grass so it can get a bit dusty (or muddy when wet)
