Small, and a dog "run" not park

A very small dog run, like 8 to 15 feet wide (don't remember) and only like 30 or 45 max feet long. It is grass, or was when I was there. It is a quick palce to check out or meet someone private. There was never ever anyone else there, except once. Maybe if you lived near by, and too lazy to go to Tempe to the park at University and Mill (ish), you could do a quick ball game in this one.
Pros: A fenced area; grass
Cons: small! very small

I've only been a few times to this park. It's alittle small and needs to have a little more grass. It is right down the street from me so...I still use it.
