Pine Grove Park

Brunswick needs a real dog park and the review above (written two years ago) is proof.
There are volunteers working hard to

get one going but until there is, there's just no place. Try Topsham or Bath.
Meanwhile, please don't blame the rangers. They're doing their job. Obviously if they stood at the entrance and informed you that off leash wasn't allowed, a lot of people would simply wait until they were out of sight. And they would probably think they were justified, having no respect for the delicate ecology in a park, or that fact that people who don't like dogs ought to be able to use the park without being spooked.

The reviewer is right about one thing. There's no such place as Pine Grove Park. The name of the place described is Town Commons.

Pros: It's pretty with real fresh air (lots of trees)

Cons: no place for dogs
