Cornstarch baby powder is a great rabbit safe product, as long as it does not contain "extras" like vitamin E and aloe.
Rabbits will sometimes have soft stools that can get embedded in the fur on their hindquarters. Put a small amount of powder on your fingertips and work it around what you need to remove, and it does the job gently.
Use as little as possible so that the rabbit won't inhale a lot of powder.
